Aries Management Corporation offers financial management for smaller associations, if full management is not required or needed.
We will keep records of all income and disbursements of the Association.
The Board Treasurer will approve invoices for payment to vendors.
Boards receive a monthly financial report which will show the status of each budget item, accounts receivable balances and payables.
If collections are needed on delinquent accounts, we provide up to date account balances to the Association legal counsel.
We also provide any financial information to the Association Accountant for preparation of the Association taxes, audits or reviews.
